EC Dropping

I would like to apologize to all blogger friends who always drop ec's here. Sorry guys, I can't really reciprocate because all I see are black boxes. I already tried to fix this problem by contacting the experts of Entrecard. Per their advice, I need to clear my cookies and cache. I believed I already did it a lot of times but still all I can see are always black boxes. Any help from you are greatly appreciated.
