On the Go Internet Improvements in Last 12 Months

On the Go Internet Improvements in Last 12 Months No matter what type of business you're in, travel has become mandatory in one way or another. Out of town meetings, professional development, sales, and head hunting all require executives and employees to go out of town more than ever. The personal computer is becoming less common, as people prefer the convenience of internet usage through their cell phones. Being on the road used to be a pain, but as technology continues to improve, it creates better ways to keep the world at home in the palm of your hands.

The Simpsons Game is an action/platformer video game based on the animated television series The Simpsons, made for the Wii, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation Portable. It was developed, published, and distributed by Electronic Arts. Similarly to the show, the game pokes fun at popular culture, other video games, and Electronic Arts, its publisher. In the self-referential plot, the five Simpson family members—Homer, Marge (with Maggie), Bart, and Lisa—discover that they are forced to participate in a video game and are given superpowers to resolve several situations. Eventually, they must save their 8-bit predecessors from Will Wright, the game's antagonist, and the creator of their video game character selves, Matt Groening. Released in 2007, the game received mixed reviews.

Dangers of Radiation Around the House

There are a few things around your home that might cause issues with radiation. However, most of the radiation that is emitted is actually quite harmless. There are two types of radiation, particle and electromagnetic. Most of the rays that are emitted with household items such as microwaves, cell phones etc. are actually quite insignificant. Modern appliances are not significant sources of harmful radiation.

1) Microwaves

Microwaves emit particles of non ionizing radiation. This is what cooks your food. However, even if your microwave is a powerful one, the amount of radiation that is emitted is not going to be harmful, in fact the worst it might do is cause a burn.

2) Cell phones

It is true that cell phones emit radiation. The radiation that is emitted by your phone is minimal however there are still suspicions and therefore many people purchase a radiation shield for their cell phone. There are some individuals that are concerned about the link between cell phones and brain tumors, however, this is a causal link that has not been proven yet.

3) Computers and Laptops

As with cell phones, computers and laptops also emit small amounts of radiation. Using computers up to 10 hours a day at both work and home means that many people are subjected daily to this radiation. Again, a quartz wi-fi shield can be purchased for these which are simple to use and never need replacing.

4) AM and FM radios

These devices also use radio waves to communicate with the radio towers. However as with cell phones and cordless phones, the amount of radiation emitted is not harmful to the individual. Individuals don't need to fear leaving their radio on. Radios will not cause radiation poisoning or any sort of similar problem to the individual.

5) Radon

Radon in the soil is a strong carcinogen in some areas of the country. This may be something that individuals may want to check for in and around their home. Some levels of radon can be toxic, and can cause some sorts of cancers. There are radon detection kits that can help homeowners with the potential of radon in their area.
There are many other sources of household radiation such as sunlight. This is a far greater potential for harm with this, than any household appliances. UVA/UVB rays emitted by the sun have potential for damage to the individual.

German Old Timer Car

It is nice to see old timer cars like the one I had in the picture below. This was taken during our visit to the Spring Festival in Nuremberg in Bavaria, Germany last month. We are very lucky because it was a perfect timing seeing the Old timer parade during that day. I just don't know the exact brand name of this German car. Any idea out there?

Recyling Technology

I watched a TV program last weekend from South America. I just forgot the country involved in that TV program. It was about a farmer who was not able to use his farm because the soil is not good for farming anymore due to chemicals like pesticides and other poisoning substances. It simply means that the soil is not suitable to plant fruits and vegetables and any farm products. Just now, I visited this site with URL http://www.nviro.com. I quite admire the company due to the recycling technology solution they are engage with like converting waste to energy and their use of alternative energy. The company's name is N-Viro International. I guess that farmer I mentioned above can visit this site. Watch this video or visit their site for more information

World's Cheapest Car Named Tata Nano from India

I was not surprised as I read about the news about the World's cheapest car that pop-up in yahoo news as I opened my PC today. I already read about this car sometimes in 2007. This car named Tata Nano is manufactured in India. It looks like the model of Smart For Two and probably the same size of this car. It cost around $2,500. So far this is the world's cheapest car I ever heard. I guess there will be a great competition for car manufacturers around the world especially with regards to car prices..we will see!

My Friend Uses Satellite TV in Canada

It's nice to hear from friends all over the world once in a while. I am just thankful that through internet we can still connect with our friends from any part of the globe. I chat with my friends sometimes in Canada. Some live in Calgary, Toronto, Alberta and other cities there. During my chat with a friend from Toronto last time, she was watching a movie through satellite TV or Directv. She said it was good and the programs were interesting. If I am mistaken she have the services from Direct TV for Toronto. Finding the best satellite television provider in your city is getting very easy now. With the click of you mouse, you can already find everything over the internet. There are also sites that provide lists of satellite providers in your area. Kaptain Satellite for example make it easy for you to choose it according to packages, prices and most especially the ones that best fit for your family. I wish I chat again with my friends in Canada.

Knowing About Paint Systems Through Tellkamp Systems

I am waiting until the day that I will be going home for vacation this year. Some important reasons are to see my family, friends and relatives and to fix some things in our house there. In the first place I also want to ask you if ever you heard about aluminum extrusions? This topic just interest me for now. Actually I am planning to paint the whole house once I will go home this year. This is one of the reason why I also want have some information about paint system. I was browsing a while ago this website called Tellkamp Systems, Inc. They are a leading provider of liquid paint and powder coating systems with headquarter in Santa Fe Spring, California in the United States and also have some offices in Mexico, Canada, South Korea and China. What a great expansion for their worldwide customers.

I believed that the company's products will benefit companies and businesses in the industrial sector like factories. Their products and services also include the design, production and installation of Air Pollution Control Equipment, Thermal Oxidizers and the like. I just admire how their products also promote the reduction if not the elimination of air pollution which is a plus for them.

I am just thankful that I visited this site because I gained some information about paint system. For industrial owners, this site can be of great help to you and to our environment. It is better if you visit their site for more relevant information. It's time for me to slowly sign-off. It's getting late again! goodnight!

I Finally Ordered My New Acer Mini-Notebook

I finally decided to order online today an Acer Aspire One D150. After some times of thinking about it, I finally decided to go through with the order. I guess for 299.00 Euros, it is not too bad to have this gadget. I have been planning to buy this since early this year. Due to some circumstances wherein I spend my finances with some investments back home and coupled with some travel and trips, the plan to buy one was always hindered. I ordered it online today and hopefully will receive it in a couple of days. I also bought some hama accessories like mouse, case and a usb stick. The orders totalled around 350.00 Euros. At least I can see something from my money rather than spending it with nothing! The good thing is that, it is very handy and I can always bring it with me wherever I go especially when I travel. I also love its color. Here are some features of the Acer Aspire One D150. It is in German though..

Shopping Online for HP Pavilion Adaptor

I am finally online again after a busy day today. I just relax a bit by watching television tonight. The film was so good that I have to wait till the story ends. As usual, I am watching German programs. My husband asked me to order an adapter for his HP Pavilion laptop. It is an adapter for HP Pavilion DV6000. Since I don't know where to order it, I use again Google to find a shop where to order it. Luckily we find one that has the cheapest price of all. We also tried to search it in Ebay but it is also expensive and I don't have the time for bidding. There is one that has 2 days for bidding and I know that I can't wait till two days. At least we found the cheapest of what we can find. The name of the site is Weltweit-Akku. They got reasonable price and I even bought more gadgets. Just click below to find a snapshot of what I ordered.

Energy-catching wings installed on ISS

HOUSTON (UPI) -- The crew of the shuttle Discovery Friday installed solar wings that can double the electricity available on the International Space Station, NASA said.

When extended, the array measures 240 feet tip to tip and adds 9,600 square feet to the station's solar arrays, the U.S. space agency said.

The installation was delayed after a small "ripple" in one of the arrays was discovered, but Mission Control in Houston said it wasn't an issue and that it flattened out naturally when the array was extended.
The solar wings can double the electric power available for scientific experiments conducted aboard the orbiting space station.

I don't know what's wrong with my computer. This week I just noticed that it is loading very slow. Is it because I have a lot of things being stored in my computer. I got thousands of photos stored in my pc. I don't exactly know why this is acting like this now. Or maybe I need to upgrade my browser? Or maybe I need a new pc? I don't know exactly guys! I will see but if you have any idea what are the causes why a computer loads slowly, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Annoying Beep of My Smart For Four Car Finally Resolved

The Annoying of my Smart For Four Car was finally resolved! I was happy last Friday even I was not feeling well. My husband who loves to always fix cars finally found the reason why my car keeps on beeping everytime I turn on the ignition key. If you read before my previous post about this in this blog, you might find more information.

Last Friday my husband went home earlier. Since he can't talk to me because I don't want to hear some noise or even a voice due to migraine, he found sometime fixing my car. There are always some fuses in the car for the lights or anything that serve its purpose. He tried to find and get it one by one. According to his story to me, everytime he get one fuse out, and put it back, he tries to turn on the key. He did it until he reached the fifth fuse. As he put it back and turn the ignition key on, the annoying beep was gone. He checked it again yesterday and my car never had that annoying beep again. As we had a lunch date today and drove my car, I never heard it beep again. Congrats mein Schatz!! Du bist sehr gut!! (you are very good!)..I can continue to drive my Smart For Four a again without fear. Thats was really an annoying beep before. Thanks to my dearest husband who got talent in fixing cars!! If you are driving the same car and have the same problem, try what my husband did!! I am happy again to drive my car!

Cellphones for my family

I finally talked to my dear Father over the telephone today. I just wanted to greet him a belated happy birthday. And yes they truly had a great celebration yesterday. I told him that I have some birthday gifts for him. One of this is a cellphone..here is the photo of the two cellphones that I want to give to my Father and my youngest brother. I also have watches, shoes and some other stuffs for them. I know they will be happy to have these once we go home for vacation this year. In God's will!!

Finally Used our New navi

happy Saturday to all! I mentioned last year here that we ordered a navigator. we finally received it last December 2008. i guess it is working good. We used it yesterday as we drove to Neutraubling for my husband's Radiology appointment. The navigator also tells you what is your speed when you are driving. It exactly tells you where to go if you typed-in your destination's address. I believed it is one of the coolest travel gadgets being invented in today's modern technology...really cool and amazing!! respect to the people who invented it!!
