Sunday

I don't go walking Today

Today is Sunday. Normally me and my husband should go walking together. But since it is so cold outside and it seems that the heaven is getting gray which means rain is coming, I decided to stay at home and cook for dinner. I am quite lazy to go walking too. I have a fitness equipment at home. It is like a Nordic walking stepper. Honestly I don't use it often. I hope I can use it more especially during the winter time where I can't go often walking outside. I will try my best. Besides I know that I need to lose some weight. How about you??

Physical Therapy and Fitness

I made some photos last week on different Equipments used by PT's in handling patients for therapy. These are from Reha Werkstatt Physiotheraphie in Parsberg. I am also having at this moment here PT sessions for my back pains. Thanks God that I don't have that much pain any more compared before. I guess some of the equipments below were also used by my husband during his therapy on his broken ankle. They really made their good jobs..Keep it up guys!!

Causes of Liver Damage

Hello dear friends!! I got some helpful tips for your health..I believe that these are true..so please read it..don't forget to share and tell your family and friends!! hope this info will help us to be aware of our health..

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late
2. Not urinating in the morning
3. Too much eating
4. Skipping breakfast
5. Consuming too much medication
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent sickness without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time conditioning are very important for our bodies to absorb good nutrients and get rid of harmful chemicals.
