Need A New External Hard Drive

I felt sad for a friend whose external hard drive won't function anymore. They stored a lot of movies and some vacation photos in it. That is really sad. If I were that, I would already roll on the floor and cry. Just kidding folks.

Anyway, this is also the reason why I am needing another external hard drive again. I already have three but the two are almost full. Most of the files I have there are photos from my vacation since 2007 and other important documents and data. I always see to it that I saved important data and photos on two external hard drives. The first one I bought last 2007 was 400 Gigabytes and it has only 5 G free now. The second one is 1000 Gigabytes and there are only 10G left. The one that I bought last year is 1.5 Terabyte (1500 G). It is half full now.

I am looking since last week a cheaper and affordable EHD in the internet but it seems that it is quite expensive. I was even bidding in Ebay but I just can't always monitor it. Besides I am not quite sure if Ebay sellers are also giving warranty or guarantee. I am also watching for different advertisement flyers that were sent to us from time to time. I am still not in a hurry to buyit but the earlier the better. Once I will see a good and cheaper one, I will immediately secure one.

Can't Install My Brother Printer

What a beautiful day we are having at this moment! Sunshine is outside but sometimes it is hiding somewhere underneath the clouds. I got a little bit problem today as I was installing my Brother Printer with model# MFC-250C. I tried it again and again but still this error always appear on the screen of my computer. Here is the error which I wrote down to share here;

"Unable to Install. Installing Shield Scripting Runtime."
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755"

I will try to surf later what does error code 2755 means. Somebody out there who have an idea what this error is.? I appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Have a great day too!

What Happened to My Eexternal Hard Drive

Happy first day of March! I am not really happy this morning because as I was opening my 1000 Gb external hard drive where I saved all of my pictures, it won't open anymore. I was really afraid about it because all my important pictures, files and documents are stored in there. What happened was, I was trying to insert another USB stick so that I can transfer pictures from my external HD to the USB stick for developing. After I inserted the USB stick or flash drive, my 1 terabyte HD stop functioning already. I tried to plug and unplug it for some times but still it won't open thoroughly. It will open for some seconds but later on it will also turn-off. I am getting scared already afraid that I will lose all my important files. What I did was, I unplugged the USB stick and turn-on again the External HD. After around three times of restarting it all over again, it finally works. Until now, I am browsing some pictures from it. Thanks goodness, it is working again. If the same thing happened to you, you might try what I did.

Problems With my Keyboard

I was surprised last Wednesday night after opening my computer. It processed very slow and it won't open thoroughly because a message was flashing on the screen telling something like,"there is no attached keyboard in your computer. I also noticed that the Num lock light is not flashing. I checked its connection but still it won't go through. I ended up buying a new keyboard. I guess not all electronics and gadgets are safe products. Right guys? If you are also looking for safety products especially for work needs, you can try to browse it in the net. I also read a warning in my keyboard that says, "Warning: To reduce risk of serious injury, read safety and comfort guide provided with product. So people out there including me of course, we have to be very careful when buying electronics and other gadgets. Never forget to read the safety instruction before using it. I am happy that my keyboard worked again. Cheers!

Help! My MS PRO Dou was stucked up in my Card Reader

This a not so good but funny experience! Yesterday, I want to upload photos from our garden to my computer. I bought a new card reader. It has two holes where you can insert any cards like SD, MMC, CF, MD and SM. I thought it also accept MS PRO Dou. I just insert the card without reading which cards it accepts. To my surprise, it went all the way inside that I can get it anymore. I was scared that I might destroy the card reader and the card itself. I tried to find a small clip to get it. It seems that a thorn was pulled-out from my skin after I succeeded from getting it. I am also thankful because I did not break the gadgets.

Just a tip and friendly reminder for today: be sure to read first any instruction of any gadget you will be using especially if you are new to it. You might break it! Time for a short break.

Adjusting With My New Keyboard

Happy Monday to all! I have been adjusting with my new HP keyboard since last week. I finally change my noisy and antique one...wink! Believed me guys, that keyboard help me find a lot of opportunities online. I still did not dispatch it fully thinking of using it as reserve when something happens. I am always ready to emergencies when I think some gadgets need for repair or back-up.. My new keyboard is not so noisy as the old one and it has more features. Probably in some weeks, I will be use to this already. that's only my update for now...see you later guys!

Shopping For External Hard Drive

I saw an advertisement on paypal about an external hard drive. 1,000 GB only cost 69.95 Euros. I was thinking whether to buy it or not. It is not so expensive and the cheapest of what I can find. I always see 1,000 GB that cost 100 Euros. Including the shipping, it cost around 77 Euros. Before I go to with the order, I take a look first on the features of the external hard drive.
