Hello Sunshine! Goodbye Winter

Good evening peeps! I just mentioned in my previous post that the weather today was so friendly. I am slowly saying goodbye to winter and snow. In fact, I really don't need them right now. I am quite excited for the spring time to see the plants and flowers to bloom again in our garden. It is also time to pack-up some winter stuffs especially my winter jackets. I wish to pack it inside a huge box. I don't know how big are custom cardboard boxes if ever I want to order some. I'd rather check it online to have an idea. Sis Planning to Buy a House in Vegas

It's been some weeks now that I was not able to chat or communicate with my sister from Las Vegas. The last time I chatted with her was last month and she was mentioning about buying a new house. I believed she need a mortgage calculator to know if she qualify for a housing loan in a bank. Realty business now is not so good in Las Vegas since the economic crisis that hit the world in 2008. I believed she can find a nice house now with a cheaper price now and I wish her good luck! I miss you dear sister! Always take care of yourself!

Sis Was Complaining

It's been exactly a month and five days now since our youngest dear sister arrived in Dallas, Texas. I could remember the last days she spent with us in the Philippines. She visited some doctors for some required injections when going to the US. She also had an appointment with a dermatologist. Sad to say, the creams and medicines that were given by her dermatologist in Cebu were not effective. Since she is in the US right now, I believed she can choose for a lot of acne products in the market. She was complaining that time because she just wasted some money buying acne cream and medicines but with no effect. I felt pity about her because she really got worries about her acne. I wish to chat with her in the next few days. I always forgot to leave a message in her yahoo messenger. Miss you dear sister. I hope you are doing great out there in the US. God bless!

Missing My Previous Co-bankers

Another sad story this time. I did wrote to most of my websites about my long 3-months vacation in the Philippines. I miss everyone especially those very good friends of mine. I also missed visiting some of my relatives in other islands in the Philippines. I also missed my co-workers at the bank where I served for almost 9 years before. They are not only my co-workers but we considered each other as family. I even remember Kuya Bong who always cracked jokes. He hates sitting for a long period of time because of his hemorrhoids. I hope that he had already found good hemorrhoids treatment for his sickness. I heard from one co-banker that he already retired and had his own business. I wish him good luck in his undertakings. I also want to apologize to my very good friends like Paulita, Eda Fe, Jocelyn, Genara, Suzette, Geraldine and a lot more for not visiting you. I wish to explain it in one of my blogs later. Sorry my dear friends especially to Paulita who just left some comments in my FB wall. I truly miss you guys! Take care and God bless us all!

Can't Open My Acer Aspire One

It's TGIF again! We just came back from Neumarkt some minutes ago. HB reminded me not to eat meat because today is Friday. I was craving for Curry wurst, a German sausage with curry sauce this noon time. I ended up buying and eating one. I felt sorry for that. Anyway I had a problem yesterday opening my ACER Aspire One netbook. After I installed a free anti-virus security program and prompted to re-start the computer, it won't work anymore. I tried re-starting it for around ten times but still it won't go through. I was a bit disappointed because I had been doing it for almost a half day. Finally after doing it again and again for maybe around 20 times, it finally opened. I should have done a lot of things yesterday like surfing in the net on how to build muscle fast but I don't have enough time. There are still other problems that I encountered after I opened my netbook. I would like to share it some time this afternoon when time is possible. For now, I need to check the rice that I am cooking because I am getting hungry again. I am waiting to eat a smoked mackerel fish with rice and potato salad in German style. I wish everyone a great weekend in advance!

Common Problems of the Teens

The world might have a lot of problems right now. For the teens, I guess I can share a special one. This is not really special because it is a problem anyway. Most of the teens, just like me 20 years ago had experienced pimples and the bigger and worst ones called acne. Some have been using acne pills to eliminate this puberty problem. I have only one thing to remind you. Please visit your dermatologist before taking any acne pills. They are the experts who can give you advice and proper medications regarding this skin problem. I did the same.

Visit To The Doctor

I should go and visit our doctor last Monday. Due to some holidays that the whole staff spent until yesterday, the clinic was close. I am still having a very bad cough until now. I don't really feel good about it. I already visited a doctor while I was in the Philippines but the medicines did not work for me. The doctor prescribed Gylomertol tablets which I will be taking for 5 days. I hope and pray that it will work because cough is really a big difficulty for me. I also asked for good acne solution but the doctor said that it is better to consult a dermatologist for this. It's been a long time since I did not paid a visit to my dermatologist. I hope I can make an appointment when the weather will get better. I hope soon!

I am always curious about a lot of things in the Universe. I am thankful that through computers and internet, we can already browse anything that we want to know. Philippine Vacation

Anybody out there who wants to talk about vacation? I am happy to spend time with my family, relatives and some friends in the Philippines. I am going back to Europe soon. There are still a lot of cities and countries that I wish to visit. I am thinking to spend some Caribbean vacations with dear HB when finances are available. Life Is Too Short

Do you believe in the saying that "Life is Too Short"? We don't know the right time when we will leave this world. Some people might be ready some might not. Just last Monday, I heard from some Government officials in one of the Municipalities in Cebu province that a little child died due to Dengue fever. It is really very sad. I know that the funeral cost and other death expenses is quite expensive. I also want to extend my condolence to the family of the said victim. Sometimes it is better to be ready in times of uncertainties by buying insurances for this. I know some people who are getting this so-called life insurance or I guess the right tern is burial insurance for any emergencies that might arise. One last thing I would like to remind you, Live Life to the Fullest! Have fun and always do your best!

Having Fun Shopping at Emall in Cebu City

After I took my snack this afternoon, I guess it is my dinner already because I ate a sizzling pork ribs with rice, I decided to find an internet cafe in Elizabeth Mall or Emall for short. It is located in N. Bacalso Avenue in Cebu City. This is the first time I went to the 4th floor. I was surprised that there are also a lot of fast food shops, cell shops, RTW stores, games and a lot more.. I also saw a lot of shops that let you play playstation 3. I also went inside two bookstores where I found very cheap postcards. I am happy to find a lot of postcards about Philippines to be added to my collections. After I will give you some updates, I still want to go some shopping. Guess what? This is the first time that I go alone shopping in Cebu City. Usually my brother or sisters always go with me. Still On Vacation

Some blogger friends thought that I am already backed to Europe. Not yet guys. I am still in the Philippines. In around three weeks, I will be going back to Europe already. I miss my friends around the world. Sorry guys, I don't have much time for blog hopping and for searching about home security systems. Need An Aircon Maintenance

I was not happy as I saw the aircon system in our room here in my Mother's province. It is already getting rusty and I wish to let it clean as soon as I can. The air filter is still working good. It just need general cleaning. I still have to find a person who knows how to clean it. I just want to make it sure that it will be cleaned good. I guess I need to browse a company who are offering air condition services in Cebu Province. I have to go now. It is time to take a lunch. I wish to give you more updates as soon as I can. Planning to Get Pregnant

hello guys! I am here to give you a little personal update. This is all about me and not anything else. I have been married for almost seven years with a very wonderful man. I have nothing to ask for. I still have some wishes in my life including having a baby or two. I am not afraid of fade stretch marks which some mothers experience after giving birth. I know that there are already medical technologies who can help us get rid of it. HB and me are planning to have a baby soon in God's will. If that is God's plan for me, no matter what I do it will come true. Cheers and have a great Wednesday.

Beauty Tip for Today

I am still trying to think of any beauty tip that I can share today. I guess this will be about sleeping. I have read that having enough sleep or going to bed early is very good for our health. If we have enough sleep we always feel that we have full energy the next day when we wake-up. If you have problems with sleeping like me sometimes, there are natural sleep aids who can help us. I have not try one yet. Maybe when there is already no remedy for sleep problems like insomnia, I might want to try one. How about you? I would love to hear your feedback.

Night Life in Makati

I finally experience the night life in Makati. I mean not really going inside the bars and discos or any pubs here. We always passed them by every time we go to our hotel. I am still in Makati right now with my brother. We just checked-out from our hotel because our flight will be around 4:15 AM tomorrow. we are still planning for a little sightseeing in Ermita and Malate. More about night life in Makati. You can find here a lot of 24 hours opened restaurants, pubs, clubs and bars during the night and since this is the financial capital of the Philippines, there are a lot of banks here. We saw a lot of young girls working in clubs here. I guess they can't find anymore other alternative in looking for a decent job. That might be the reason why they landed on this kind of work. I hope that they are aware of the so-called herpes simplex virus so that they can avoid this kind of sickness. This is quite scary especially if you are affected with it. Need to Visit a Dermatologist

I guess some of my friends knew where I was already. One of my best friends in the Philippines exchanged some text messages with me last night. I was happy hearing from her after some years. Since I am already in the Philippines, I am planning to visit a dermatologist to help me eliminate my age spot problem. I just found that there are a lot of freckles and dark spots growing around my body. I guess this is not a good idea or am i really getting old now. My sister who is a teacher told me that there is a good and cheap dermatologist in their place. I wish to visit there anytime this month. Till here only and take care guys!

Home Furniture

I went shopping last December with my brother. We are looking for home furniture specifically patio cushions. I guess there are a lot online but there is only one problem with it, the delivery. If you order in the U.S and wish to let it delivered in the Philippines, I guess the shipping is very expensive. We are hoping to find a patio cushions when we are back to Cebu next week. No Internet, No Blogging!

Good morning! I guess I still have to say the first two words despite the things that happened. I was quite disappointed because the internet connection in the hotel where we are staying is very very slow. This morning after we brought my sister to Ninoy Aquino International Airport, we tried to find an internet cafe near Baclaran Church. After almost an hour of waiting till it opens, we are finally here. I guess it is better for me to search for some information about social security disability to ease my disappointment. I just need some infos about this because dear HB might go for early retirement due to disability. I was just informed that Allsup has now helped more than 130,000 people!! Isn't it great?
