Sis Planning to Buy a House in Vegas

It's been some weeks now that I was not able to chat or communicate with my sister from Las Vegas. The last time I chatted with her was last month and she was mentioning about buying a new house. I believed she need a mortgage calculator to know if she qualify for a housing loan in a bank. Realty business now is not so good in Las Vegas since the economic crisis that hit the world in 2008.
