Winter Go Away Come Again Another day!

I remembered the winter protest of Antenne Bayern, a radio program here in Germany. They have an employee who was walking for around 100 kilometers since last week to protest for the long winter and hoping for spring time to come soon. I am not sure now if the walking protest is finished. I am also bidding goodbye to winter because we had a warm temperature today. Thanks goodness!

Winter is Almost Over

I love the weather today. There was sunshine and it is not so cold anymore. If I am mistaken the temperature outside was only around 10 degrees centigrade. I went walking to the church and to the bank to have some transactions. I hope that the weather will be getting friendly soon. Spring time is almost here! I got a picture below taken last week as we drove to Parsberg.

Such a Nice View from Home

it is time to cool off you eyes through this amazing scenery. I love this place and I want to retire here when I get old. This is the terrace at the side of the house. We are planning to make this as our masters bedroom when finances are available. Hopefully by next year. For now, me and HB are already spending quite a big amount for our terrace expansion facing the sea. Enjoy the nice view and have a great day!

Eating Buffet at Fiesta Market

We had the chance to visit Fiesta at Market Market at The Fort or the so-called Global City in Manila. Me and my bro had some fun because after we went shopping we decided to eat at the Seafood Buffet in this place. As usual, I ate a lot again. I have to get rid of stomach fat as soon s I can. At least I had the chance to visit this very interesting place in Manila. Aside from eating, I also enjoyed shopping. More pictures to come. I have to go now peeps. Take care!

I Love Hohenfels

I love this place called Hohenfels. The nature around that you can see is very nice. This morning as I dropped a letter to the post office, I also stopped by at the Church. Getting Important Insurances

We had already proven the importance of having insurances. As our house was flooded in December 2006 due to broken water tube, during my slight car accident in February 2007, during my husband's bike accident in August 2007, when he hired a lawyer for some cases and some other instances. For all of these, we had insurances like car insurance, liability insurance, lawyer's insurance, house insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and still a lot more. I guess you also need to have the important ones. There are a lot of insurance marketing that you can search in the net which also offers affordable prices. Get the ones that you think you need and are important to you. We don't know when emergencies happen and having insurances will surely help us in times of needs. Time for a short break guys! Wide Awake!!

I am still wide awake. My back pain is getting better and almost gone now. A very interesting Chinese movie is on TV right now so while in front of my PC, I am watching/listening to the TV once in a while. It is a movie about Chinese history and its dynasty. I guess this TV Channel is featuring this movie since the Olympics will be held soon in China!! Good luck to all Olympic players!! make the best!!

Comeback of the WWW Addict!!

How are you my dear friends and readers!! I hope all is fine and great!! I am finally back from my two months vacation escapades from US...wow the longest escapades I ever had. Actually I arrived last Monday July 7, 2008..Since Germany is 9 hours advance, I quite lost some time..but it's ok there's nothing to worry about.

I had a very long journey from Las Vegas to Munich..I left las Vegas last Saturday July 5 at 11:55 pm boarding flight#DL 1092 with Delta Airlines and arrived at around 6:53 am Georgia time. I had a 9 hour stop-over in Atlanta, Georgia and boarded Flight#DL0130 at around 4:15 pm. I was just thankful that the plane was not so full that I occupied 2 seats and really lied down and relax while travelling. well, one advantage of being not so tall that I can just squeeze myself on the 2 seats.. I arrived in Munich Monday already. It was really a very long and tiresome trip for me especially that I travelled alone..

I would say, if "There is a departure, there is always and arrival".. I am sad leaving Las Vegas but also happy seeing Germany again. I believed life is sometimes like that. I thought, I would be staying already in US but it is still quite difficult considering a lot of things. I would only say that sometimes in our life, we just need to make a right decision to be happy...besides not all material things can make a person happy...Your loved ones especially your family are still the most important things that could ever happened to you..I believed I made a right decision going back to Germany again which I already considered my new home.

This is just a bit update of my comeback...try to visit my other sites for more updates and photos of my adventure in USA..before I forgot, I also have a new blog about my travel and adventure in USA.. This blog entitled Adventure in carefree USA is still under construction, so please be patient and bear with me!!

It is almost midnight in Germany, so i guess I need to sign off now...keep reading...

Buying a Lot in the Philippines

I bought in 2006 a lot in the Philippines. It is on installment basis.Finally last Dec. 2007 I already paid it in full...Got again another problem now because the developer already processed the Title...I mean the title is already there.. It means that I have to pay for the Title Processing including capital gain tax and all required cost. That is a lot of money now because the cost of the title depends on the appraisal of the lot. Since the lot is located near the city of Cebu (around 15-20 minutes if you go by the new Motorway) , it's appraisal is quite high now...Besides if I wait till next year for the Title processing, it might cost even more because the lot appraisal is always getting high all the time.

I should be going home this coming March to visit my family esp. my Mother and my sister who will be graduating in Nursing. But due to my obligation to pay the Title processing (which really cost a lot of money), the money that I will spend for the vacation will then be paid to the Title processing..What a pity!!!..I really want to go home...see my family and of course see my homeland...and yup see my paradise!!! I miss Philippines!!!
