Finally Got My Adobe Photoshop Elements 10

I always love to take pictures but never edit them. I wrote a post last week here that I ordered a photo editing software from Amazon.com. The Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premier Elements 10 finally arrived last Friday. I hope I can have more time learning and practicing photo editing. I have thousands of photos especially from my travel and trips but never had the chance to edit them. I hope this time since I already have the software, I can already make some of the pictures better through this photo-editing software.

Shipping Update

I received an email yesterday about the shipping update of the item I ordered in amazon.com last Friday. I wrote an article about this order here. I wish to learn more about photography and that is the reason why I ordered it. Besides it was on sale last Friday and I save around 40 bucks from buying it. Today, when I looked at it in amazon, it is already in its original price. I am happy ordering this software.

I did shopped for some items in amazon the past weeks. Last Friday when they sent me an email that certain software were on sale that day, I did not hesitated to order one. I always wanted to learn Photoshop since I am a photo enthusiast. I always love to take pictures of anything especially when I am on travel or vacation.

Updated My Firefox Browser to 6.0 Version

Oh Yes, Mozilla Firefox has again another version of its browser. I just updated its latest version which is Firefox 6.0 last Monday. Yesterday, there was a message that popped-up on my screen that says, ther is again another 6.01 version. When I opened my computer this morning, I opted to install again this latest version. This version seems to have improving speed, stability and security.

I am a happy user of Mozilla Firefox. Thanks to its developers for sharing this faster and more convenient browser.

Where To Find my Product Key for Microsoft Word

Hello folks! How is your weekend? I hope everything went great. I am doing fine except for a very bad migraine yesterday. I am very thankful that I feel better now.

Anyway I am trying to figure out the product key for the Microsoft Word program in my laptop. As far as I know this software is already pre-installed in my laptop. The problem is I cannot find its product key. I am trying to find the CDs which were included when this electronic was delivered but I cannot really find the product key. I also tried the 25 digits mixed letters and numbers located at the back of the laptop but it always says, it is the wrong key. I will contact the vendor of my laptop soon because I really need to use the Microsoft Word program. Wish me luck!

My Navigation Bar is Gone

I just noticed that the navigation bar in my laptop is gone. I installed yesterday a new version of Mozilla Firefox browser. Now, I currently have Firefox 4. I believed after installing this new version, my navigation bar was gone. I wanted back my navigation bar because I always use it. I googled how to put back my navi bar but I can't find the exact instruction on how to do it. I can find one with Windows XP but for my Windows 7, I can't find any instruction.

I will try to find again online on how to put back my navigation bar. I was also thinking, what if I will install the previous version of Mozilla Firefox 3.6.16, would it install back my navigation bar? Sorry folks but I am not really a computer geek. Hope to install it back soon! This is another challenge for me. Any idea out there? It is truly appreciated? Thanks in advance.

Mozilla Firefox 4 Software is Here

Good morning everyone! Another sunny day is here and I feel good about it. I hope you had a wonderful weekend too! It's not so bad for me. I was just so busy.

This morning, when I opened my lovey lappy, there was a message that appears , to update my browser. I found that Mozilla Firefox 4, a new version which is faster and secure is ready to be installed in my laptop. I did not hesitate to download the new version because I always trust Mozilla Firefox. I have been using this browser for some years now. I believed for 6 years now. I have nothing to complain. I simply love Mozilla Firefox.

It has new looks. I just noticed that the different windows of the websites you are opening appear on the very top of the computer screen. I guess, I will get use to this in some days. It also delete my yahoo toolbar because it says, it is not on its latest version. This is not a problem because I can download and install yahoo toolbar again. Beside, I am also using Google toolbar and Alexa.

Your Security Software Expires in Two Days

This message has been popping-up in my screen everytime I open my laptop. It says, "Your Security Software Expires in Two Days". I have a three months free Security Software when I bought my new Asus laptop. I guess Trend Micro Internet Security is a good software. I never had a problem with my laptop as I am using this software.

The message that pops-up on my screen also says the following information:

"2340 problems were stopped by Trend Micro Internet Security. The following status of your computer.
-21 viruses and spywares were stopped
-2319 unsafe websites were blocked

You will soon run the risk of exposure to millions of viruses, spyware programs, and unsafe websites. "

I will update my new Security Software anytime today. It is better to avoid computer problems brought by viruses and other threats online.

Cookie Double Click, PC Security Threat

My new notebook has a pre-installed security and anti-virus software. I can use it for free up to three months. It is named Trend Micro Internet Security. Just this afternoon, my PC Security found some risks and threats in my computer. The threat name is cookie doubleclick. The risk is medium and the type is web browser cookie. I guess not all people know about cookies in computer but for sure cookies for eating are very familiar to you.

To my little knowledge, cookies are some sort of data stored in your computer every time you visit a website. Sometimes these cookies can be harmful to your computer because it contain spywares, malwares, worms and viruses. It is always advisable for your PC to have antivirus and internet security.

Thanks to my computer security and anti-virus which automatically detect, fix and delete those harmful cookies and other sort of computer viruses.

Can't Install My Brother Printer

What a beautiful day we are having at this moment! Sunshine is outside but sometimes it is hiding somewhere underneath the clouds. I got a little bit problem today as I was installing my Brother Printer with model# MFC-250C. I tried it again and again but still this error always appear on the screen of my computer. Here is the error which I wrote down to share here;

"Unable to Install. Installing Shield Scripting Runtime."
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755"

I will try to surf later what does error code 2755 means. Somebody out there who have an idea what this error is.? I appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Have a great day too!

Error Spooler Subsystem App

You see exactly what error I had last March 10, 2010. It is about Spooler Subsystem App which encountered a problem. I printed screen it for my personal use. Honestly, I was scared as I saw this appeared on my desktop. I thought my computer collapsed already. I am thinking of buying anew one now. I will see when finances are possible.

I found out in Microsoft Support that when "you try to start or stop the Print Spooler service, or when you click Start and then click Printers and Faxes, you may receive the following error message: Spooler subsystem app has encountered a problem and needs to close."

What to do when you encounter this problem? You can try to visit the Microsoft support in this link, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810894/it.

I guess my computer is working good again even though, I really did not make any thing after I encountered this problem.

My Anti-Virus is Off!

I was quite scared yesterday because the anti-virus program in my computer was off! There was a warning that appeared on the screen that my pc might be in danger because the program was not running. I just installed the same anti-virus program in the new netbook that I bought. To my understanding, the anti-virus software that we have can be used for up to three computers in a house. The cost of this anti-virus is already included in the internet connection that we have.

I guess after I installed another anti-virus program in our new netbook, the internet provided just want to verify it. They asked us again to sign-in with our account for verification. After I had undergone some process and instruction yesterday, the software was again active. I guess we all know the importance of anti-virus in our computers., tthat is to protect us from all computer viruses, malwares, spywares and the like!

It's Time For Check Attendance!

We are done with our dinner! We had grilled pork meat, Caesars salad, noodle and beef soup. That was a great dinner! Now its time for check attendance. I remember when I was still working before at the bank. We have to log-in all the time in our individual employee time sheet for time-in and time-out. I even remember to prepare the monthly employee time sheets of the branch for submission to the main Human Resource Office. It also happened when I worked as retail supervisor where my duties include employees' work schedule preparation and monthly preparation of employee time sheet as well. I found it time-consuming and messy sometimes looking for each employee time sheet. I even have some problems trying to locate each time sheet because they are mess-up and misplaced by employees. It is my job and I have to do it without complaining.

With our high technological world today, I guess so many things has change already. Most things have been very possible, easy and convenient. One thing I found out today is the easy way of preparing Timesheet which is done online. I believed that with this new software, both the employees and company will benefit. It can also reduce cost for companies, lessen admin job, paperless timesheet which is good for our environment and a lot of reasons why Iemployee is of advantage to companies. I just remember the subjects back in my College time. Humbly speaking, I know before Lotus Software, Computer Programming, Microsoft Words and other computer related software. That was around around seventeen years ago but now I almost forgot most of these applications. I know that there are presently new programs and software about these topics. I Need To Upgrade The OS of My PC

It has been some months that I am planning to upgrade the Operating System or OS of my pc. It has a Windows XP with SP2 operating system. The SP3 is still waiting to be upgraded. I am just scared to lost some important files, data or documents in my pc one I will upgrade it to SP3. I will wait until my new notebook will come next week so that I can change the OS to SP3. I just want to make it sure before I do it. I have been planning to do it couple of months ago but life online and offline is always busy! more updates to come later!

Need More Research About HP Pavilion DV6000

Happy Sunday to all! I hope you had a great one. We had quite a relaxing one. We want to go walking later once my hubby is done watching his football game. Back to the main topic...We have been trying to install a windows xp program to my husband's HP Pavilion DV6000 but it still won't go through. Some errors are coming out like these ones below;

"The error code is 7
File steupReg.HIV could not be loaded. The error code is 65280
set-up did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer.
make sure any hard disk drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer."

We are not computer experts. Until now, we are still trying to find these errors on the net and try to find information about HP Pavilion DV6000 and its guidelines for restoration. We will see what we can do more. We also found out last time that if you have the hard disk drive repaired, it cost around 400 dollars..whew, I better buy anew laptop then which I will do this week. more updates next time..I better find now for best acne pills that work before the day is over! see you later guys!

Keyboard problems

Sometimes, I just don't know what's happening to my keyboard. There are some German characters that are appearing in it. My keyboard is an American English one but I don't know why German alphabets are appearing sometimes. It is weird also because when I type Y, letter Z is appearing on my screen...Is it because some of my software and programs are in German?..not so sure..any idea out there?? have a great day!!

What If My PC Crash?

What will really happen if your pc crashes. I have a lot of things in my pc. Considering thousands of photos, videos, files, information, programs, etc..I am quite scared if it will totally crash. I hope not. What I did last time was bought a 400 GB external hard drive. I almost have here all my files, photos, videos, etc. that I already backed-up. Imagine thousands of photos from the different countries and cities that I had been too. I just don't want to lose them. I already consider them my fortune. I bought it last January of this year for around 150.00 Euros. I am even planning to buy 1 terabyte (1,000 GB) of external hard drive early next year or probably in January. One of the best thing to do in your pc is simply have an anti-virus software to protect it from spywares, malwares or any other forms of viruses. this is juts an info for you! Happy new year!!
